Get To Know Me
PKI has unmatched experience and expertise in the luxury segment of the luxury Private Residence Club (PRC) industry worldwide.
Peter Kempf, the founder of PKI, has been directly involved in the sale of more million dollar properties in more states and more countries than all but a small handful of other individuals in the real estate industry. Having served as Vice President and Midwest Regional Director for Sotheby's International Real Estate, Director of International Real Estate for Christie's Great Estates and CEO-Europe for DCP International, Peter Kempf is one of the most experienced individuals in the luxury international real estate market. He is often quoted as a industry expert in the media and is a frequent speaker at real estate conferences.
PKI subscribes to the theory of being highly educated in the industry and always giving our clients advice on what, in our opinion, they need to know, even if it may not be what they want to hear. PKI clients can count on candor, an open mind and thinking outside the box that is tempered by reality and grounded in what is in the client's best interests, even if those may go against ours.
